To do: a proposal, not in the game.

Seat: the Star-Plucking Peak, the highest point of the world, in the North. Night blue and silver, the Great Bear. A small family, extinct since the fire.

Its art is the Seven Stars Sword.

Legends

• The star plucker. The founder climbed the peak to take down a star and heal her blind sister. She meditated three nights; on the third, the seven stars of the Dipper came down into her blade. Her sister was not healed, but learned to fight with her eyes closed, following the stars she laid on her enemies.
• Why the stars give the manual. After the fire, the Alliance burned every Dou scroll. Only the summit is left, and the stars remember the art in place of men.
• The florett the stars give is a copy of the founder's. The original would still be in the ice.
