To do: a proposal, not in the game.

Seat: the ruins of the Northern Dark Palace in the Tianshan; today, caves in the Kunlun ice. Night and frost, the seven stars of the Dipper.

Its art, the Northern Abyss Breath, is a cold breath that freezes an enemy's Qi and takes it. It is this art the Alliance called a "blood art" to justify the fire.

Legends

• The solstice blow. On the longest night of the year, three hundred years ago, a Han master struck the first Heavenly Demon in the chest with a palm of ice. The Demon fled towards the Kunlun, leaving a trail of frozen blood. He was never seen again.
• The child in the snow. On the night of the fire, the last master threw his son into a crevasse to save him. The Tianshan clans say a white-haired young man has hunted in the ice ever since, and never speaks.
