To do: a proposal, not in the game.

Seat: felt tents on the Tianshan Snowfields. Grey and red, a wolf's head. Neither Alliance nor Cult.

Its art, the Wind-Chasing Arrows, uses a horn bow and arrows that follow the wind.

Legends

• The arrow that chased the wind. One winter the north wind blew forty days and killed the herds. The chief climbed the highest glacier and shot an arrow against the wind. It never came down, and the wind stopped. On the first day of every winter, the clan still shoots one arrow north.
• The wolf does not betray. When the Alliance came for the Palace's survivors, the clan answered that a pack does not give up its own. Three sects still hold a blood debt against it.
