Full Fury: the centipedes and the half-mask
Devouring Demon Art (in progress)
A bare-handed high art: two kagune, four tentacles of flesh or two centipedes, traded with Kagune Shift; a ring of Fury round the dantian; at full Fury the demon form on all fours, both kagune out and every key striking twice. Its scroll is only in the creative tab.
In progress: three of its eight pairs of techniques are made, with Kagune Shift. The Devouring Demon Art Scroll is only in the creative tab; no one sells or drops it yet.
A high art of bare hands: the scroll only teaches from Foundation Establishment.
The kagune
With the art as your main style, in combat mode and with an empty main hand, your kagune comes out of your back by itself: four red tentacles. A weapon in hand, or leaving combat mode, puts it away, and the Fury is lost.
You have two kagune: the four tentacles and two centipedes. Kagune Shift draws one back into your back and brings the other out. With the centipedes out, standing, your keys cast Centipede Bite, Burrow and Constrict, and the combat bar shows their icons.
Passive: Devouring Hunger
- Your M1s are Epic Fight's bare-hand strikes for now. The art's techniques strike as if your bare hand had +5 attack: the kagune.
- Fury (0 to 100) fills the ring of blood round the dantian of the combat bar: +4 for every blow you land, +3 for every blow you take. After 6 s with neither, it falls 2 a second. Above 75 the ring beats like a heart. No technique costs Fury.
The demon form
- At 100 Fury you transform by yourself (2.6 s, nothing can be cast meanwhile): the kagune you lack bursts out beside the other, so the four tentacles and the two centipedes are out together, a mask grows over your face, and you go on all fours, 40 % faster. The ring turns violet veined with red.
- Every key strikes twice: the tentacles' technique and the centipedes' at once (Lash and Centipede Bite, Impaling Thorns and Burrow, Grapple and Constrict), each with its own blow, on the same foe if need be. You pay the Qi of one.
- You strike ×1.25 and take ×0.75 of every blow. Fury drains 3 a second; each blow you land gives 2 back.
- At 0 you are yourself again, with the kagune you had out before, spent for 4 s (Slowness II, Weakness). A knock-down or a weapon in hand also ends the form.
Techniques
- Lash; with the centipedes, the same key is Centipede Bite.
- Impaling Thorns; with the centipedes, Burrow.
- Grapple; with the centipedes, Constrict.
- Kagune Shift: trade the tentacles for the centipedes.
- In the demon form, each key casts both of its pair.
The tentacles and centipedes never pass through your body: they arch over your head and round your sides.
