Each Murim weapon draws a swing trail of its own colour: a pixel ribbon with a bright rim and a dark band, breaking into streaks as it fades.

• Weapons: Bandit Dao, Snow Plum Jian, Azure Cloud, Chief's Great Axe, Azure Peak Spear, Crimson Dragon Spear, Bishou, Flying Knife, Iron Fan, Chain Whip.
• The Murim's bladed strikes and techniques draw it from just before the swing to just after the blow: the Azure Cloud Sword strikes, the Celestial Peak Spear, the fan and the whip, the Bandit Chief's axe.
• No trail for bare hands, the Flying Needles or the Crab King's claws.
