• You raise the saber to the sky: the thunder seal lights up where you look, up to 14 blocks away, a circle 6.4 blocks wide, and a storm gathers over it.
• Six bolts strike, one more for each full drum: it spends them all, nine bolts at most. Each strikes within 1.3 blocks (×0.4) and electrifies; they go for the enemies inside, the electrified first.
• The last strikes your saber: you bring it down, and a column of lightning falls on the circle (×1.5), throwing everyone up.

Unlocked by the quest Call Down the Sky. At mastery 90 (Lingering Storm): the storm stays 4 s, a bolt a second on an electrified enemy in the circle.
